    Let your Race day experience start here, we provide transport to and from Ascot and other race day events. Our vehicles park up and wait on all our customers. We also have an optional Ascot promotion with full day return journeys.

    This includes but, not exclusive to day hire of seating, table, Gazebo & light refreshments. This will come with your complimentary bubbly with your booking too.

One Way Journey

  • An A to B journey, with minimum one hour hire

    Best suited for the best form of transport into Central London for a Hen Do, Birthday celebration or Prom

  • Our competitive base rate for a single trip includes non-refundable deposit

Return Journey

  • A round trip. A to B, wait time, B to A journey.

    Most typically booked where you will have the full experience in the party bus with your guests for a night out or large group going to a restaurant.

  • Subject to the journey pick up, drop off, wait time, pick up and final destination

Drive Around or Tour

  • A minimum of an hour drive without a stop off/wait time to return onboard. A maximum of two hours drive.

    A drive around can be booked as a tour with London Landmarks

  • Fee subject to time duration, collection location and destination

Stationary Hire

  • A minimum of an hour hire and maximum of a day hire

    This is typically an option for younger VIPs to have a party on the bus or for a video shoot space

  • Subject to hire duration and usage with driver hours considered

Shuttle Run

  • Shuttle service best suited for event guest transport for a repeat single journey within regulated driving times

  • Subject to the time duration, journey start and finish location

Single Trip

  • A direct journey, A to B, where the journey is less than an hour drive time

  • Our competitive base rate hire fee subject to availability
